Emma is an intern with GRLAFF this year.  She is a sophomore studying Spanish and biology at Grand Valley State University.  Emma is involved in various clubs on campus, including La Tertulia.  La Tertulia is GVSU’s Spanish club and, as the secretary of the club, Emma has organized activities to help her peers improve their Spanish speaking skills while learning about various aspects of Spanish speaking culture.
